1. About these terms

These terms govern the sale of products offered on this website by Fundeli to you as a customer. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms.

2. Orders

The display of products on this website is an invitation to treat, not an offer. When you place an order, you make an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you an email confirming acceptance of your order.

3. Prices

All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Any delivery charges are shown before you complete your order. Unless otherwise stated, standard shipping across the UK is free.

4. Availability

Products are offered subject to availability. If a product becomes unavailable after you order, we will let you know promptly and refund any amount already paid for that product.

5. Payment

Payment information is provided on our Payment Methods page. The payment methods available for your order are shown at checkout. Payments are processed by our payment providers over an encrypted connection.

6. Delivery

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after dispatch. These times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and during busy periods.

We remain responsible for goods sent through our chosen carrier until you, or someone you nominate, takes physical possession.

7. Returns and consumer rights

Our goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose, in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

For most online purchases, you have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days after receiving your goods under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. After notifying us of cancellation, you generally have a further 14 days to return the goods.

In addition, Fundeli offers a 30-day return window from delivery. Fundeli pays return postage. Contact us to arrange the return method and destination.

For statutory change-of-mind cancellations, refunds include any refundable standard delivery charge and are made within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or evidence that they have been sent back, whichever is earlier. Refunds are made using the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts your statutory consumer rights or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted. This includes liability for fraud and for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. You may bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you may also bring proceedings in the courts where you live.

Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
